If you were a business owner would you use
Google's Customer Survey Tool to find out more about your consumers needs?
I think that Google’s customer survey tool is
a great idea. I would definitely consider using it if I was a business owner.
It is a tool to see what your customers think, so it would be great to get feedback
and see what you should or shouldn’t do differently. It is not too expense, and
I would still pay even if it was a little more expensive because it is a great
tool to actually know what your customers are feeling. Not to many business
know that, and if they did they would progress a lot more.
